The strategy centered on showing how HeyGov fits naturally into municipal operations and simplifies payment processes for everyone involved.
Bright color and playful illustration were balanced with generous white space and clear iconography. The direction reflected both the product and the HeyGov team: professional, approachable, and willing to bring more personality to GovTech.
